Thank God I did not do it.

Each day I get up from my bed, I find reasons to give thanks to God for sparing me. The minutes however differs; there are times it's so short, some other times,so long, and at some times it's just there.

However, on some special days, I deliberately take a long while at the place of my devotions. I have discovered in times past that the longer time I spend at my devotion, the better day I have. It helps me keep my emotions in check- I can be very emotional.

Okay! So to the story of today; I made up my mind to get to work early today, I set my alarm to wake me up gradually(I wake up gradually, lol), I finally left my house at 7:00am. Immediately, I rushed to the bus terminal to pick a bus or a bike;I didn't get to see that in time, favour finally beckoned at me, and I got a tricycle to convey me to where I was heading to-Agbado. I got a bike to transport me to the next stop at a very nice price too.

When I got there, the Monday morning rush was so much that the queue at the bus-stop was overwhelming. I decided within me to break my movement into two instead of taking a straight bus. It was then I realised that the bus drivers too were taking undue advantage of the crowd. So I got a suggestion within me to take few minutes walk from the major terminal to the ones less populated. I did as instructed, and when I finally settled for a place, I joined the people at the bus stop in calling my bus destination. I was at this task for more than 10 minutes when a tricycle heading my destination stopped. I didn't add that a Tricyclist had stopped earlier, but I didn't know in time that it was heading where I had in mind; by the time I knew, two friends who were obviously on the same mission as mine hopped in and left with the tricycle. When the second Tricyclist stopped, a man beside me hopped in again and they left. Quickly, I knew that I needed a miracle to leave that place as I was running seriously late for work. I quietly prayed to my Best Friend, the Holy Spirit to send me my personal ride. Few minutes after I prayed to Him, another Tricyclist called my destination and stopped few seconds walk from where I was. Quickly, I started to run to meet the tricycle before someone else did. Suddenly, a woman came to where I was, about to move into the tricycle, pushed me away and got in. The driver who knew it was I who called him, he said nothing and drove off. I quickly brushed it off my mind, while doing this, a lady passing through with her friend said it aloud to my hearing that she would have pushed the older woman if she were in my shoes. Immediately, I said it loud to my hearing that I wouldn't do such.

Few minutes after that scene, a Motorcyclist drove past, called my destination, I stopped and I comfortably  mounted without no push or rush at the same price as the Tricycle's.

Do you know that the Motorcycle was the ride I unknowingly prayed? The traffic jam to where I was headed was very serious that if I had pushed the woman and gotten into the tricycle, I would have had a dampened conscience which definitely would have affected  my day at the office, and I would have arrived my office pretty late which could probably have generated a serious reprimand. I was so full of thanks to Jesus on the way to my workplace.

On the long run, I had reasons to thank |God that I didn't do what a normal person would have done. When you do what a normal person does, you get the result a normal person gets.

I am Busolami, welcome to my daily work tales.

Checked On Me.

Hello dear friends, it's been a more than three days something, right? Please, pardon me; many chips came down at almost the same time, however, I specifically thank God for the grace He's blessed me with, and the people builders He deliberately placed around me for such a time as this! So, let's  go into the gist of tonight: In the year 2017, I became friends with Tolu Josh(real name) during a youth national convention. We grew into being good friends from the casual level things. He probably would have liked that we went past the platonic stage, but I didn't take too much notice. Some months into our friendship, my phone was stolen and I had to use a makeshift phone. During the time I used the makeshift, Tolu called to check on me having not heard from me for a while. I picked the call, did like I knew it was him and appreciated him. I did that because I'd eventually know the person las las 😂. Afterwards, I went further and saved his name on the makeshift as ...

HONESTLY, HE SAW IT.

Hello guys!!! I have missed jisting you all about my daily activities. The reason is not far-fetched---- work schedules have been so tasking. You know, we have been given a target to make which means all hands are on deck to make this work. So, if you have anyone who is interested in doing ICT courses, please send my number (07080256903) to them, and I will be glad to attend to them. I am an IT Career Consultant, and I'll do my best to let them know what's best for them as regards the IT world. So to the gist of today, I found myself thinking about an incident that happened some months back. Sit back, relax and read. LOL! I had to see a friend in my neighborhood one cool evening, so I dressed up and got set to leave. Suddenly, I felt the urge to use the loo- I wanted to do the minor( to pee). Normally, I was supposed to go straight to the loo to do the minor in time and get on my way but I felt I could do it right there in the compound. So I took a bold but foolish step...

MOUTH ACCIDENT.

Hello everyone, trust you had a great night. I thank God for keeping us all through the night, He is worthy to be praised. Clears throat! So I went for a carol service in my mum's church yesterday, and trust me, I had a good time(lol). I felt at the time I joined the service that God planned it for me as a gift specially from Him to me,don't be jealous; ask for yours too. Earlier yesterday, my mum had sent me two songs to listen to and know word for word(musically, we call that scoring a song). Honestly guys, I didn't score the songs as I was supposed to. Reason was I had my hands full at my desk, what I did was just to listen to one of the songs so as to be able to sing along. I wasn't self aware that my mum was serious when she told me that I'd be a guest in her own church, and would be leading the two songs(oops!). Seconds turned into minutes, minutes into hours and finally, the awaited time came. We got to the Church about 30 minutes into the programme a...
